                                                 Celebration!  Featuring the Swing Jazz Band, “The Beguliers” from
                                                  4:30 to 6pm   Free for all to attend!  If you are not driving a classic
                                                  car or hot rod, please try to park 1/2 block south at the park and ride
                                                  to save room.

May 16, 2019    For 2019, we are going back to Cattlemen’s Steak House for our dinner
                            Proceeds from this exclusive dinner will benefit our Scholarship Funds.  .  
                            Enjoy socializing and dinner with the Cruisin’ the Boulevard Board of
                            Directors, Movie Stars and special guests.

May 17, 2019     Spend some time and visit our city.  There are many shopping centers
                            around Petaluma, Plaza North, Kohls, Deer Creek, Petaluma Village
                            Premium Outlets, Washington Square, Kenilworth, and Plaza Shopping
                            Center.  There are also a lot of fine eateries that my just make your taste
                            buds smile.

                             4 – 8pm      Cruise-in Social with music from our own XERB Radio                    
                                                 Broadcasting on FM 88.1.  There will be reserved parking
                                                 for 1975 and older American vehicles.  American Graffiti
                                                 collectibles will be available
                             4 – 8pm       Come meet the folks from the American Graffiti Tribute Team
                                                 as they bring back the memories of the movie
                             6:00pm       Presentation of the Henry Travers, Susan Giammattei, Don
                                                 Phelps & Rich Poremba Scholarships to local students
                              4 – 7pm      Come visit with the movie stars.  This year, Candy Clark, Bo
                                                 Hopkins, and Lynne Stewart will be joining us.                       

May 18, 2019     Petaluma’s 14th Annual Salute to American Graffiti Celebration
                             Free to Spectators
                             Downtown Petaluma . 

What to do and see:  Spin that radio dial to 88.1FM as we fire up our own XERB radio. Listen as we fly your favorite oldies all around the world right from downtown Petaluma.  Visit our local downtown merchants as many have special events including art shows, demonstrations, special window displays, and of course, sales.  Check out the many classic cars, vendors, and special happenings.
Get all your 50’s & 60’s nostalgia merchandise at the CTB booth on the corner of Western Ave and Petaluma Blvd.  Back by popular demand is Petaluma’s own Pacer Car Club record holding
1929 Ford racecar. Stroll on over to Mel’s Burger City and grab a burger or dog for you and your sweetie. Don’t forget to check out all the over 400 plus classic cars and trucks.  Talk to the owners and see if you can find the owner who drove the farthest. Get all your Salute 2019 collectibles at Cruiser Central. And don’t forget that the American Graffiti cruise starts at 4pm

                            7:30am                 Salute 2019 entry vehicles begin arriving downtown
                            8:30am                 XERB – Tune your radio to XERB – 88.1FM – We will
                                                          be hitting the microphone with some great oldies.
                             8:30am – 8pm      Cruiser Retail opens – Get all your American Graffiti
                            10am - 5pm           Check out the NAPA Tool & Equipment booth on Western Ave.  They have all sorts of great tools and even better prices.  You may even win one of their raffles
                            10am - 3pm          Event Artist, Elise Durenberger, will be on hand with the
                                                           original event logo artwork along with other fine art and
                                                           collectibles for sale across the street from Cruiser Retail. 
                                                           Pick up a free event program and get an autograph from our
                                                           local artist!  
                             10am – 4pm         Stop by the American Graffiti Display on the corner of
                                                           Western Ave and Kentucky St.  There you will see and meet
                                                           the American Graffiti Tribute Team and their display of
                                                           cars. You will also see a few of the cars and their owners that
                                                           were featured in the movie                                               
                             10am  - 4pm         Make sure you stop by and visit with the movie stars from
                                                           American Graffiti. Candy Clark, Bo Hopkins, and Lynne
                                                           Stewart will be glad to see you and sign some pictures for
                             10am – 9pm          Local merchants open their doors to you!  Check them out!
                                                            Petaluma has some unique items.  You may just find
                                                            something you just can’t live without. Tell them that you
                                                            came to town for the car show. 
                             10am - 3pm          Our Sponsors and Merchants pick and award their
                             10am – 8pm          Take a walk around the town and see if you can find all the
                                                            spots that were featured in the movie, you may have to go
                                                            outside the containment area to see them all.
                             10am – 6pm          Did you bring your kids with you?  If so, stop by Toads
                                                            Jump where they can spend some time in one of their jump
                             10am – 4pm          Stop by and check out our vendors. You just may
                                                            find something very interesting
                             10:30am                 Mel’s drive-in opens to serve you some of the best burgers
                                                            in town!
                             10:30am                Petaluma Historical Museum, 4th and B Streets.  Want to
                                                            explore our historic downtown?  Meet on the steps of the
                                                            Petaluma Museum for a Historic Downtown Walking Tour
                                                            led by costumed docents.  Free; donations welcome
.                            1pm                        Have you got a head of hair and what to win a trophy?
                                                            Stop by in front of XERB radio station and have your hair
                                                            styled into a Beehive or Pompadour for the Greased &
                                                            Teased Hair Contest
                              2 – 5pm                 Opening day for the Petaluma’s Farmers Market, Walnut
                                                            Park, 4th & D St. Enjoy farm fresh produce from some of
                                                            Petaluma’s local farms.
                             2:30 – 4:30pm      Meet Clo the Cow and take some pictures 
                             4pm - ?                  Dinner Time – If you are a vehicle owner and you are
                                                            planning to visit one of our fine eateries, please make sure
                                                            that at 6pm you move your vehicle into a legal parking spot.
                                                            The event ends at 8pm and all the streets will open to normal
                             4pm – ?pm            Cruise Starts – We’re bringing back the good times you
                                                            remember from your high school days when the roar of 400
                                                            plus classic cars start their engines and take to the streets to
                                                            do what they were made to do, Cruise the Boulevard!
ATTENTION CRUISE WATCHERS!  Perhaps the best place to watch the cruise will be along Petaluma Blvd, south of B Street to D Street.  Grab you chair, a picnic basket, something to drink, your portable radio (tuned to 88.1fm) and if necessary, jackets and a blanket.  Find a spot to watch the action.  Be sure to wave and give the thumbs up to all the cruisers!

                             8pm                       Official cruising ends – streets open, you can stay as long as
                                                            you want but your vehicle must be legally parked
                             Midnight:              Clean up ends, CTB board members go home, they
                                                             turn off the phones, go to bed and don’t wake up
                                                             until Wednesday, noon!  Once they wake up, they continue
                                                             their planning for 2020 so be prepared for another
                                                             fun event.

                                                             Redwood Empire Regional Group of the Early Ford V-8
                                                             Club. May 19,2019 at the Petaluma fairgrounds located at
                                                             Hwy 101 and Washington St. Gates open at 5:00am. Free
                                                             parking and admission for buyers. A 20'X25' swap space is
