"In consideration of the opportunity afforded me to assist Cruisin’ The Boulevard on a voluntary basis with production of Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti, and in light of the aims and purposes of the community service provided by Cruisin’ The Boulevard, I hereby waive any right or cause of action arising as a result of my participation in the production of Petaluma’s Salute to American from which any liability may or could accrue against Cruisin’ The Boulevard, its staff, officers, and directors collectively or individually. Furthermore, in the event of an accident resulting in liability while driving a personally owned vehicle, liability and physical damages are the responsibility of the owner/driver. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I agree that this waiver shall include any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me or damage to my property sustained in connection with my activities related to the production of Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti. I give Cruisin’ The Boulevard, Inc. their assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait or photograph in all forms, media, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs. I have read and am competent to agree to the liability disclaimer and to the right-to-use photography release and waiver.
